Affiliate Manager
FRST Media is recruiting an Affiliate Account Manager to help manage our affiliate base. Our account managers are responsible to grow the existing affiliate base and promote our internal offers onto multiple online traffic sources. We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with a good book of business in the Lead Generation or Mobile Content verticals. As an Account Manager you will be the face of our company and represent FRST Media in business events and trade shows, if need be.
Profile We are looking for:
- Bachelor/Master degree
- At least 2 years of Affiliate Account Management in the lead generation or mobile content space
- Highly driven, goal oriented with a winner's mentality
- Detail oriented
- Commercial and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship and communication skills
- Ability to work in team and independently project management
- Strong analytical skills
- English Speaker
Main Responsibilites:
- Maintain and further develop key accounts
- Business development to further grow into the market - recruiting new clients
- Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing results both on FRST Media and Affiliate Side
- Budgeting, Invoicing and Reporting
- Market research and business intelligent
- Represent the company during relevant business events and shows

Designer
As a junior designer you will work closely with our head designer and sales team and create design elements to our online assets as well as marketing channels (Banners, Emails, PUSH etc).
While this modern career can overlap into many different industries, its appeal for professionals is easy to see. For the most part, digital designers can complete engaging, interesting work remotely from almost anywhere in the world.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates may apply, but a few years of working experience in the design field is a major plus
- Currently living in the Netherlands
- Good communication in English
- Must have a good online portfolio! (applications without an online portfolio will not be processed)
Skills/Knowledge:
- Must be able to operate image editing software, such as Photoshop
- Must be able to create a complete landing page with HTML and CSS
- Javascript skill is not required, but highly preferred
- Strong understanding of responsive, mobile-first design
- Have designer's eyes: strong sense in colors-layouts-shapes balance
- Typography usage & knowledge
- Experience working with Git repositories (We use Sourcetree)
- Skill in wireframing/prototyping is not required, but can be a plus
- Skill in vector drawing is not required, but can be a plus
Personality:
- Positive, winning attitude and team player
- Highly organized, detailed and deadline oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects, know how to switch tasks based on priority
Main Responsibilities:
- Producing high quality designs, such as product images, banners, logos, newsletters, etc.
- Producing Landing Pages with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and/or with in-house templates
- Using feedback from senior team members to improve
- Supporting Senior Designer and/or other departments in all assigned design tasks
